Message	I just failed an emissions test because the car had vacuum lines w/ the boost controller. I tried to explain to the guy what the hell it was, but he said he could not pass it based on the boost controller. He said it is after market, and therefore illegal. WTF? Is this correct, or do I just need to take it to another shop (yes, I know I need to do this anyway, but still, I *TRY* to keep the car street legal). So any help would be appriacated. thanks, chris.
